Trio Gemini is a piano trio that is comprised of three talented young Danish musicians. The trio have played concerts across Denmark and Germany in some of the most important festivals such as Hindsgavl and Bornholm as well as in chamber music societies Kammermusikforeningen 1887, Rønnebæksholm. The trio releases a new album in spring 2024.
Jakob Alsgaard Bahr (piano) and Pedersen twin sisters Karen Johanne (violin) and Kirstine Elise (cello) have each completed the soloist schemes from the 3 Danish music academies (Copenhagen, Aarhus and Odense). They are all outstandingly diverse musicians in their own right, with individual careers in solo, orchestra, chamber, folk and teaching: bringing this together for a fresh approach to the Danish and International classical chamber music scene.
